After the announcement of the central government to open religious places across the country after June 8, preparations have also been stepped up for the world-famous Vaishno Devi Yatra. The process of marking every six feet from the gate number one to the cave of Vaishno Devi Bhavan has been started.
A day before this, samples of the sedanists along with fifty horses were taken here. However, no decision has been taken by the state government to start the journey until now.
It is believed that the Vaishno Devi Yatra can be started on any day after June 8. Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board does not want to be deterred in the possible journey between the corona transition, for this it is trying hard to ensure the safety of the passengers coming in every situation.
He has started marking six feet from gate number one to the natural cave of the Vaishno Devi Bhavan to follow the social distance during the Corona transition.
Similarly, these traces are being built along with the eateries on the building as well as around the eatery near Himkoti. Along with this, the Shrine Board has also instructed all its employees to join duty. Employees are also joining duty by reaching here continuously. Cleanliness work on the building has also started rapidly.
Travel is closed from 18 March
Vaishno Devi Yatra was stopped on 18 March 2020 due to Corona infection. All previous registrations were canceled by the Shrine Board. The board appealed to the passengers coming from outside not to travel till further orders. Millions of people reach here every year for darshan.
