Fake Helicopter Tickets Sold For Mata Vaishno Devi, 3 People Arrested

As per the information received recently, the Jammu and Kashmir Police have arrested three persons for allegedly duping people by promising them helicopter tickets through a fake website for the pilgrimage to Mata Vaishno Devi. Yes, and the officials have given information about this on Wednesday.

In this case, he said that the police registered three FIRs in Katra on the basis of complaints received regarding fake online ticket booking fraud for Mata Vaishnodevi Shrine. Apart from this, he also informed that after registering the cases, special teams were formed and they were sent to different parts of the country to arrest the accused involved in the crime. Giving further details, he said that after a thorough investigation, a police team kept its eye on some places in Bihar and after raiding various places, arrested Ashok Mistry, Santosh Kumar and Lakhpati Paswan and recovered incriminating documents from their possession.

Yes and now all three have been brought to Katra on transit remand. In this case, officials say that during the investigation, 40 fake websites were found and they were closed and the Senior Superintendent of Police of Reasi district has advised the devotees to use the official website of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board.
